Before You Buy...
All of our fabrics are top quality, and we guarantee them to be free of manufacturing defects. As our batiks are all hand dyed, it is natural for them to have inconsistencies in terms of motif placement & pattern repeat.

Unless otherwise noted within a particular fabric's description, shrinkage is "standard" -or- 1 to 3 percent.

Also unless otherwise noted within a particular fabric's description, dyes are colorfast and should not release more than in the first wash - if at all.

As with any yard goods sale in any fabric store, once we cut the fabric, it is yours -- returnable only if it does not meet our guarantee of freedom from manufacturing defects. We will not accept as "returned" any fabric that you have damaged by not following our recommended care instructions, preshrinking instructions, or by otherwise mishandling our fabrics -- i.e., by leaving a delicate silk unprotected in your car, causing fading.
